Once you have joined the Reliable Education and been professionally on-boarded and approved by one of our team we will invite you into our private Facebook community.
In the email/notification that you receive via Facebook after being invited into the group, there will be a link to accept the invitation.
This link can only be used once.
If you try to access the group page by this link again you are likely to see a notification stating ‘cannot accept invite’. This is because you are already a member.
Which means you do have full access to the group.
The first step before contacting us to report a problem is to double check that the private RE group is showing on your Facebook home page:
- Go on to your personal home page and look under groups on the left hand side of the screen...our 'secret' group is listed as Reliable Income Students (Private).
Please note: If you are accessing your Facebook home page from a mobile device look for the icon displayed as three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other. Press this menu icon then scroll down until you see 'Groups'.
- If you need to, check your Facebook settings as well as your settings could be preventing you from accessing the page.
It is critical we get you inside our community, so if you are still having problems after checking your home page and settings please contact us at email@example.com.
For some reason Facebook sometimes make it tricky getting people into 'Secret' groups but we'll soon get you active within the community.
