As part of our commitment to raising standards in the online education industry, every new student is welcomed to the Reliable Income Academy by one of our US-based customer service team.
These folks are employed to ensure our new students know that they are valued and to reinforce the fact that we are legitimately here to help them achieve their business goals.
Once you have replied to our ‘welcome email’ with your contact details, our team will contact you at a convenient time, to do a live on-boarding phone call that lasts about 30 minutes on average.
Amongst other things, through these calls we seek to understand:
- Why you joined the Academy?
- Who you are doing the program with?
- What your goals and expectations are?
- What your background is so that we can match you with a suitable Mastermind group?
- What fears you have (if any)?
- What strengths you have that might be valuable to the Student Community?
It is through these on-boarding calls that we also ‘weed out’ any students we feel are going to be wrong for the community based on mindset, attitude, expectations or some other clear indicator.
Currently we reject around 6% of all students on one or more of these factors. That being said, our student-initiated refund rate is less than 1%, making Reliable Income one of the least refunded programs in the online training & education industry.
