Generally speaking we DO NOT provide phone support because our Academy joining fee simply can’t support that level of service.
That said, the videos inside the Academy can be replayed whenever you need to revert back for information. We also strive to keep adding new / updated content into our Academy and keep it as user-friendly as possible for all to understand.
Our Private Facebook community is also a significant resource and contains a lot of important posts and information on practical implementation.
We also encourage our students to join or form Mastermind groups so they have real people to work with and hold each other accountable. Those who participate in Reliable Education Mastermind groups typically advance much faster than those that don't.
Finally, in the unlikely event that your question hasn’t already been addressed within any of our available resources such as in the free training resources, inside the 'Zero To One On Amazon' course, the RE Facebook Community, RE Student-Only Webinar Masterclasses, RE FAQ Videos, RE Knowledge-Base, Amazon Seller Central or generally able to be found via a Google search. When you join the Academy you are actually gaining access to an online course and not a 24/7 ongoing support 'hot desk'. We currently don't charge an ongoing fee and as such it's not reasonable to expect us to provide this.
Where we get protective of our time is where we receive a multitude of emails asking 'what do you think of this...' or 'can you confirm this for me...' without any considered thought, thorough research, indication they have really applied the course teachings or that they are taking ultimate responsibility for their own decisions as a new business owner.
In short, we go above & beyond to help our students succeed at the price point that our Academy can sustain.
