You do not require any special software to play our videos/lessons within the Academy
Please review these steps if you are experiencing difficulties with viewing the videos on your mobile device:
1. Please log in to the Academy and make sure to let it load completely.
2. Leave it for 60 seconds before pressing lesson 1.
3. If you scroll right down the video for the lesson will be a the bottom.
If it still doesn't work, can you please try using a non-mobile device as well before reaching out to our support team.
