The Reliable Income Academy is an evergreen course - meaning that student intake is generally open all year round. There will be times, however, when the RI team need to take a well-earned break - i.e. during the Christmas holidays. Additionally, we may need to concentrate on taking care of students who have joined at the end of the year. If you still need to reach the support team during the holidays for an urgent query, our team will try their best to respond within 48 hours.
Please remember, when you join you’ll get immediate access to the Reliable Income Academy, whereas the final approval into the community takes place after your Welcome Call.
Once you have replied to our ‘Welcome e-mail’ with your contact details, our team will contact you at a convenient time, to do a live on-boarding phone call. The purpose of this call is to explain what should you expect from the Reliable Income Academy and what we expect from you as a student, to get know you more. It is through these on-boarding calls that we also ‘weed out’ any students we feel are going to be wrong for the community based on mindset, attitude, expectations or some other clear indicator.
Currently we reject around 6% of all students on one or more of these factors. That being said, our student-initiated refund rate is less than 1%, making Reliable Income one of the least refunded programs in the online training & education industry.
