We are a small, dedicated team. That being said, we simply cannot answer every email from the general public. Our primary focus and commercial obligation is to provide a world-class experience for our paid Reliable Income Academy students.
As you can imagine we get 100’s of emails per week! Let’s just say it keeps us busy. In some weeks (for example where we’ve run a live webinar) that number is orders of magnitude bigger.
When we first started the Academy, Adam was able to answer every email that came through. As the Academy grew, however, so did the number of people contacting us for help, advice, questions, comments, interview requests, or generally just to tell us about themselves. Even though he spent hours answering emails on a daily basis, unfortunately it became impossible to respond to all of them.
Just to give you some insight into what it's like being on the other side of a support desk when you put yourself in the general public, Adam made this fun video where he reads out some of the many abusive emails he receives from Internet Trolls who got his free course and then take it upon themselves to make fun of his teeth or call him a scammer for expecting compensation for access to his paid course.
If you do send an email us please respect that as much as our support team would like to respond to everyone… it’s physically impossible.

Here’s a few examples when we can't respond or simply can't agree to such a request:
“I need you to quickly do _____ for me?”
“I need to know will my product work on Amazon, here’s a link___”
“I need to speak to you about a great business idea I have____”
“I need you to invest in my product idea”
“I need you to call me! I have a bunch of questions for you relating to ____”
“I need to meet you for coffee - I’m available tomorrow at____”
We get so many of these “I need 10 minutes of your time to pick your brain” type requests that we wouldn’t be able to get anything done if we went through and responded to them all!
